~I hate that..it can be so rough. I hope it's settled down. One thing I have found helps me is an herb blend my mom put me onto, peppermint or spearmint, chamomile, and catnip. I brew it as tea. They're all good digestive herbs, but the combo is really good for belly gripes of all kinds. Plus two are calming to humans.
