I've had my hair the same shade of blue for the past eight years LOL. Sometimes in the summer I let the top get very light (the color washing out + sunbleaching probably) but in general pretty dark/vibrant blue. I used Pravana Vivids for most of that entire time, but this past year I switched to Adore and I was skeptical because I hadn't heard of the brand, but it holds up just as well and bleeds a LOTTT less (perhaps because Adore uses heat to set the dye?)
Blue is such a good color. I bet that looks amazing. Ever done a gradient?
I've been dying my hair variants of dark violet red for an eternity. I don't honestly recall what I look like with my natural hair anymore ^^;. But, I grayed super early. Such is life.
I figure one day that I'll just let it go silver. Wear it loud and proud. But until that victorious day, red.
I have yeah!! I used to do my roots with Pravana Vivids Violet every other time I touched them up, the idea was a space-like effect. I don't really so much anymore outside of letting the dye wash out/fade in summer (and then it's a completely different shade of light blue on top and then dark as ever on the bottom without me really doing anything to it at all lol. Solid color for winter now though).
Red is such a good choice I really love that one!! I bleach and sometimes tone before I dye, but I've joked that it would take a whole two steps out of my routine if my hair went white already lol
I've been dying my hair forever. I think the first color I dyed it was green. it's been green, pink, blue, red, purple. I usually do blue, I think it looks best with my skin tone. oh, and for the people saying they can't do blue, because their bleached hair underneath makes it look too green, try a more violet shade of blue! purples counters yellows, so even if the dye looks more purple than you want, it might come out closer to blue after you dye it.*
*disclaimer, I'm not a hair stylist, I just have done this a lot. dye your hair purple at your own risk.
I dye my hair pretty much every week, though it's mostly touch ups to the color to keep it vibrant until I decide the next one. Right now my hair is blue and black. The black is a permanent which i only touch up the roots when they grow in since my natural hair color is a dirty blonde so it definitely looks weird if I leave it haha. The blue is semi-permanent vegan dye. I use a mix of Arctic Fox Poseidon and Aquamarine so it's a very bright neon blue.
At the moment I don't have any plans of changing it since this color combo is pretty easy for me to maintain right now and looks good, but I think maybe in the future I will give my natural color a go again. I'm currently trying to grow my hair out, so it's only a matter of time until the two color look gets to be too much to maintain haha.
I'm naturally brunette, though I have gone through colors. Red was ironically the worst since bleaching it took forever, and after I had it dyed and washed it for the first time, it looked.... well let's just say the Cherry cosmetic on pets would be jealous, ha!
My most recent was a purple/pink-ish purple/blue-ish purple ombre, peekaboo highlights thing for my deathhawk, though the purple has long since left and left behind a light yellow green. Why green? Not sure! Might be from the blues and the blonde since the only color that has a chance on Earth without bleaching is dark magentas/purples.

I tend to lean towards the ash brown shades and honestly if I could, I would change it up every year but I'm currently taking a break to prevent hair damage.
I've been bleaching and doing vibrants for a few years now. I wear my hair short so when I get sick of it or mess up I just wear a beanie for a couple months and start over.
I've done pink (neon, pink ombre, and bubblegum at one point), red and green for christmas one year, full rainbow for pride one year, the bi pride flag several times now (it's what I go back to when I fail to tone or remove color well), red to yellow fade which was really nice, blue (dark to light fade), and currently trying out silver. I'm gonna be leaving it alone for a while, I had to bleach it to oblivion to get to silver after blue. 😖
