That's another reason I want to wait until at least the FS is closed before worrying about stickers. The oddball gateway errors are pretty frustrating. It's gotten a little bit better but not ideal like it was a couple days ago.

Yeah he is. However when we took him to vet about 10 days ago they found another lump. She said it could be the cancer that’s spread, an inflamed lymph node or it could be constipation.

It was agreed not to do tests/ultra sounds due to his age and it traumatises him a lot. And we know the eventual outcome.

Saying that we can’t find any lump and we’ve squished his little belly so much we think It was one of the latter two. As we know he has bad constipation.

We try not to put too much in their bags. Some parents leave stuff there forever. We did send home some crayons, paper and pens the other day. Most parents took it out. I have three that still has in the bag. We have a folder and an agenda for us. Thier library book. And on Friday/Monday, mat covers and blankets. Then some kids have water bottles and lunch boxes. I really think it's stupid we have to do live virtual meetings with our preK kids.(thus why we are sending home computers for tomorrow). I've already said that I know. It's not my decision or even our superintendent either. It's the bright from the start preK people who are insisting, due to funding the kids have to have a certain amount of hours/days of schooling. Meh.

I'm hoping that when I come across a sticker that is on s/one's WL and I sticker them, they remember to remove it from their WL, lol.
Personally I take off the stickers that I have WL'd as soon as I get them. I do a lot of checking for random stuff I snatch out of Freya.

I've seen some really big restocks but a lot of it is older, which is fine b/c I still needed books from previous years. There's literally only one more item I'm dying to get and that's the black mermaid tail. Books are always harder but I have managed to grab 2 of the new ones.

Yeah it’s the main concern if he’s in pain we know what we have to do. We took his brother as he had kidney failure and one night he had a stroke and wasn’t responsive. It was hard but we owe it to our two little men that we make the hard decisions.

Yeah it was hard as I lost Mum in the July and cosmo in the November. Was the worst year ever I also turned 40 and had chicken pox for the first time that Christmas 😂 dreadful dreadful year. Thankfully the following years have been much better

I know it was insane. Mum was a teacher so kept me away from all the usual kids things, measles, chicken pox etc as she couldn’t take time off.

It was painful. Had two weeks off work which was nice but not nice at the same time

We're close in age but when I was young, parents were still putting kids together when one got the pox so we could all get it and get that immunity at an early age.

Yes they did that over here too. But mum was so adamant I wouldn’t take any sick days whilst in education. And that was the case right up until I went to uni. Hell I even went to school when I had whooping cough. As all the doctors said it was asthma. I think the 10th trip the got the right diagnosis. I didn’t get correctly diagnosed with asthma until I was in my late 30’s.

Just booked my fourth Covid vaccine. So my 2nd booster. Man I feel old. Ian doesn’t qualify for it cause he is fit young and healthy

I did two shots, and a booster - but I honestly don't know if it made much of a difference. I do honestly think I had it waaayyy back near the beginning. That August after it all went down, the teacher next door got very sick and was hospitalized, I'd had a weird headache like two/three days before she got sick. That was all I ever had tho, a weird headache. I cannot imagine having something like the measles as an adult! Yikes. I did get shingles years ago as an adult, that was a pain. Just two little spots and it was terrible! I was so itchy.

It was nasty. I had no strength and it kinda ruined Christmas. Ian also had chicken pox as an adult.

The worse place I had a spot was in my eyelids

When my brother had chicken pox as a kid, he had it IN his throat.. as well as some other, possibly worse places. :grimace:

Library today, it was good though, I signed out two more copies of our book club book! ... that I can't bring myself ot read, because it looks so sad. Grocery shopped, spelling with Iz, picked Lily and the concession stand stuff up, and then came home and ate. Finally sitting for a bit before I take El to babysit. :P

I can't believe it's been 5 years of Yoshi being diagnosed, either. Maria is right, time is like a weird ass stream. None of it makes sense anymore! :P
