Oh. Oh, goodness. I just looked at the chance rate, and yeah compared to other random events it's not great. I've adjusted it some, though! In y'alls favor, of course. ;)

I've actually adjusted a few random events (sP amounts, rarity ranges for items like the pie toss one, etc.)
