Humor is subjective, and sometimes tricky to handle. It can also change over time, and these item names and descriptions are definitely an example of different sensibilities.

Peoples' feelings are valid, we're not telling people that they can't be offended. We appreciate issues being brought up specifically because everyone is going to have a different breakpoint in experience and we take that seriously, and there are definitely things we can do to manage it on our end. We also urge Subetans to please be kind to each other, especially in terms of remembering that what seems like a small matter to one person can be deeply distressing to another.

However, because of that, we also urge people to remember that one person's trigger can be another person's coping mechanism. What this means is that controversial topics are sometimes going to be referenced, and the fetus pops as an example are going to stay as an item on-site with existing item image. HOWEVER, they are definitely due for an update in name and description with something less morbid. I'll be working on that now.
