Hi Bears I am enjoying my visit with my older son, daughter-in-law and grand daughter. Shecantsaygrandma so she calls me Meemaw. For a 2 year old she says it really good.

Classes began today, but mine first day is tomorrow. Zo, mine plan to stay on campus during lecture days to scope out these things called "humans". Nothing to gain there, much less lose.

An in a few minutes mine can have a portion, it's been a while.

Really it said 25 years, crazy. I was on my cell while visiting my grand daughter and had many spelling errors. Its actually 15 years.

Well I let my grand daughter decide what she would name/call me. I was going by grandma, she is just beginning to talk. Very clearly she said Meemaw, and my son videoed her saying it. I will treasure the video forever.

I missed all you Bears, and hope life has been good to you this past week.

Mine hardly ever eat them off the plant, but the first batch of sorbet is just as memory recalls.

Welly is making tamales for dinner tonight. He's making two kinds, traditional steamed meat tamales and not so traditional sweet tamales. The sweet ones are made with masa that is flavored with pineapple and the filling will either be spicy pineapple or spicy mango (seasoned with Tajin). He put on a big pot of pinto beans seasoned with large dried chili pods and garlic. There is a stack of freshly made tortillas down in the cooler. Aya and Robin will be dining with us this evening. I'm hungry just thinking about it. MMMmmmm.... I can help make tamales because I'm not afraid to get my paws in the masa, it's fun. Weldon sets up a table out on the porch for tamale assembly. He then does all the scary cooking devilry out of my sight in the kitchen (shudder)...
