I have an item in my inventory that I cannot see yet it says Not tradeable and i cannot hover over it. I have no idea what it could be.
I have this too, accompanied by a sidebar event: You have been awarded a for being one of the top fighters against Hydragellos!

same here. I had made a ticket since it appeared I wasnt sure what exactly it was.
I have 5 non-existent items. Too much non-existent to handle, a black hole may form. Or staff could let me know to delete them. Either works.

I hope we get an answer soon on this Non Tradeable. I'm dying to know what it is.
This is an old item and event notification that triggered by mistake. It's harmless! However, it's not going to be practical to turn it into anything or leave it lying around, so we'll likely clear it out in a few days from everyone who got one. You can file a ticket to have it deleted now by staff if you want but it's not necessary, we are aware of it.
In the meantime, please don't move it around (trades, vault, shop, etc). We know it's tempting and you're not going to get in trouble if you've already done so, though!
