I re-watched the english dubbed Ghost stories recently that was pretty hillarious. I'd reccomend it to anyone XD
My currently ongoing favorite is Yu-Gi-Oh Go Rush. It's why I created Yudias Velgear and Zwijo Zir Velgear lol. Just. card games in space with aliens and giant duel disk spaceships. That's what's happening in the show right now and it is so ridiculous and dangerous I love it. XD
chainsaw man hands down. I can't believe they literally do a completely different ending video for every episode, they're crazy
Vinland Saga, Mushishi and Attack on Titan! Escpecially Vinland Saga, altough a lot of the fans didnt like the second season that much, i personally think it was great! Love the slower pacing in contrast to the first season.
It's kind of embarrassing, but I can't get enough of the PreCure series
I love My Hero Academia, Demon Slayer and JJK.
I also adore Natsume Yuujinchou (a classic) and Trigun (my personal fave is the newest version, Trigun Stampede).
But recently, my new anime brainrot is Bungo Stray Dogs!
I have gotten so attached to those funky little literary-inspired dudes.
Just started watching The Devil is a Part-Timer, and i gotta say ... I love it so far! XD
Both released in 2021: Vivy Fluorite Eye's Song (don't be fooled by the cover, it is NOT about singing robot idols, although it does feature them as the main and side characters) and Heike Monogatari / A Heike Story (nothing to do with the Monogatari series).
I love these two so so much, and all my IRL friends can attest to me ranting and raving about them. Both of them absolutely nailed their endings, and since they're both single season originals, it makes for easier watches.
They do both deal with very dark subject matters though. Heike Monogatari, in particular, is based off of a real life historical war/event, and also has a rather large cast of characters with similar names and appearances. There are character guides for Heike, but I think you could also follow along with just the wiki episode list summary.
(For extra fun, I watched Heike Monogatari, read Royall Tyler's translation of the namesake epic The Tale of the Heike, and then watched Inu-Oh (also released in 2021; it's a rock opera animated movie, not a series though). Incredible experience. I cannot recommend it enough.)
The new Pokemon anime is really good imo. Pokemon Horizons. I've just been watching the dub.

It's not exactly anime because it's Chinese, but Funimation is streaming a new one called Link Click that's pretty amazing and suspenseful. I believe Chinese animation is called Donghua, but don't quote me on that

My all-time favourite from the past couple years definitely has to be ODD TAXI, that one's been living in my head rent free since then, though definitely watch the series over the movie. I've also really enjoyed Chainsaw Man and SPY X FAMILY, I'm really excited about the new season coming in October.
