Ticket resolution has more coverage on weekdays; we do have people taking them on weekends, but when/where it is assigned can also depend on the department or scope of the problem (if multiple people are having the issue, if it involves real money, etc). Valentines Day will not affect the coverage, though, so this should be on the problem-solving docket for tomorrow (this is definitely something we'll be wanting to take a close look at to make sure it's not affecting others as well). It doesn't charge until day-of, so you'd have until the 10th anyway and we could edit the information manually to remove/change the details associated with it. But it's also understandable to worry about money, unfortunately I think there are plenty of people who've been in the place where even a five-dollar unexpected charge can be ruinous (I've been there myself). So this is definitely something we want to sort out, and should have someone working on it today.
