New player and my avatar is a broken image. Please help

I went to apply a couple of backdrop items then hit the 'Wear' button' but at first only one of the backdrop items showed and now none of the backdrop items I have on will show. I tried clearing the cache and that did not work and I tried another browser to see if it was merely a browser issue but that is not the issue.

On the Kumos site it still shows the previous avatar but on the legacy site it now only show my avatar. I am using either Waterfox or Librewolf and never had an issue prior to this.

I apologize for this being in the wrong spot but I was not sure if making a new thread would be appropriate.

it happens for both my phone (safari) and cmputer (chrome on mac).

Hello! I'm a new player, and when I tried to access my wardrobe it seems to always be stuck on "loading your avatar data". My avatar on the site that isn't Kumos seems to be broken/not showing up as well, not sure if it's related though.

Old player returning and it seems my base won't work and I can't load the base editing page. If you can reset, that would be awesome!

Returning old player, tried to edit with the page but was having issues then checked into the forms and saw this. Thank you so much for the assistance.
