When I go to my wardrobe, I'm redirected to a blank white page with "Welcome!" in the title bar. It happens no matter what browser or device I use. Anything that can be done to unglitch me? Thanks!

Not sure if my issue falls here. My HA is fine everywhere except the wardrobe. The colors are all weird and there’s a little question mark in a box at the top left of the HA. Thanks.

Returning player. My avatar is having broken image issues while in the wardrobe, specifically all skins. I also have an issue of black face markings showing on the avatar on the rest of the site that is not visible on the avatar within the wardrobe. The base broke last night after I was trying to clear the avatars items and saving/wearing to see if that would fix the weird markings. Both are still an issue.

I was finally checking out Kumos.subeta exploring what’s updated and reading forums- but then I came back to regular Subeta and my character’s base poofed. u_u

Edit: OH- it’s only in the wardrobe that this happens!/

Thank you so much for tried to help and reset, but I'm not god to go... When I go to wardrobe my avatar is still broken. I only see eyes, nose and mouth. Although, on the site is fine.

- I know I'm not alone with this as I've been talking to other users on Discord this morning.

1. Item hovers with overlays - The HA base does not show up, so you are just seeing the item overlay floating on nothing. There is a little blue box with a question mark in the upper left corner of the hover box, indicating the base HA is a broken image.

2. In the wardrobe, all of the items appear except for the actual HA base. It makes creating a new HA pretty challenging.

Having this problem too! The base appears to be broken.
