I'm guessing the Voluntary Infection Program isn't working.I've tried it 3 times today with no luck.

I can't take my Crack Head skin off of my HA. I put it on yesterday to bite and then took it off, or so I thought.

Hi! I can't change my HA no matter what I do, it lets me put on items and outfits in the Wardrobe, but nothing saves and my hair is also gone. Also, I supposedly contacted Cozy, but it doesn't show it either.

Hi Destiny, I am not sure if you can help me with my avatar issue. I have been trying to change my avatar outfit for a few days now, and it won't change on legacy or Kumos. But when I go back into the wardrobe, I can see what I put on my avatar. It is just not showing on either site. Could a reset help with that?

Hardly can get in wardrobe, then when i can and i change my avatar it does not show up. I sometimes see my old one or a broken image saying default

Edit 1: march 1st Wardrobe on subeta.net is not loading and can't acces it. Blank page; keeps saying loading data but nothing is happening.

On kumos it is working but can't save outfit.

So now naked avatar and virus not showing up.

I cleared it all from my computer but nothing works

edit 2: took 6 hours but my HA has clothes on, old outfit, new one is not showing up. When i make changes via new wardrobe it keeps saying: You have unsaved changes to your avatar But i pressed save changes

Wardrobe keeps re-re-re-refreshing, can't do anything. It loads the items, shows them for 3 seconds and refresh, on and on.

• Google Chrome Version 146.0.7680.80 (Official Build) (64-bit)
• Windows 11 Education version 24H2 OS Build 26100.7840 on a Dell OptiPlex 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
• It has the typical Subeta header at the top, but where my avatar icon would be, there is just an endlessly spinning loading circle. The white space under the header just says "You must be logged in to view this page." Doesn't matter how many times I log in or refresh the browser or update the browser. (I'm always happy to blame Chrome for anything wrong.)
• I think Friday, 3/13? Or maybe the day before. I mostly only get on when I'm at work.
• Everything else seems to be working just fine!
• Maybe it happened when I refreshed my zombie infection at the Healer last week? I can't remember if my wardrobe access was working before or after I did that. Beyond that, no idea what might have caused it.

The ssaved outfits haven't been showing for over a week now.

I'm getting a white page on legacy subeta and a file not found error on kumos when I try to open the wardrobe. Firefox Version 149.0.2 (64-bit), Windows 10.

Near as I can tell the rest of the site is operating fine. The problem started around 9:45-ish? At least that's when I tried to access the wardrobe.

EDIT: Looks like we're up again, not sure if someone rebooted it or if it fixed itself, but thanks!

@Destiny Im not sure if this qualifyies as a broken avatar... but wardrobe shows a springy themed avatar vs the avatar thats dark n gloomy and green showing on teh forums. which i made after my mom died. i would like to change ti springy but its not showing up on the forums.... i saved cleared cash. using microstoft edge browser

Why did my HA turn to an old one, from before Vesnali? I cleared cache, re-logged in, nothing helps and I don't want to remake it or even touch the wardrobe, so it won't get even worse.

WHOA! Why am I in the new wardrobe, when I opted for Legacy?! So this is why it shows an old HA, what a mess!! I want to get back to the old wardrobe I chose to begin with. Le-ga-cy.

I posted this yesterday, maybe is on vacation, so you can help? Or anyone really?

Hey Did it ever fix for you? I don't think this is something either Destiny or myself can actually help with, unfortunately.
