I'm in Southern California near Santa Barbara, about 4-1/2 miles from the ocean. I am on PST at the moment but Daylight Savings Time starts tomorrow. I like it when it's DST when daylight lasts longer. :)

Right now almost 1 pm its mountain standard time here. Weather is weird this time of year, we got snow yesterday, and it stopped snowing all sunny. You would never know it snowed, it melted immediately.

I had an appt at the VA located right near the old Beaumont hospital, same compound area. They just opened the new one last summer. So from near the cielo vista mall to the VA it was heavily snowing. I couldn't even see the Franklin mtns (aka hills to me). My friend on the westside said, they didnt get snow. I am glad it melted off, you know how they are here, they can barily drive in full sunshine never mind the challenge of the spaghetti bowl near edge of downtown.

Replacing the tie rods was the easy part, but the alignment took longer. Though in conclusion, mine think it needs a follow up. Another open shop may not be possible, zo a trip to a professional shop could be nest.

I hate health insurance its a joke, you dont dare have more than one issue. I am really hoping the sinus rinse will help. All following advice comes directly from an allergist, and I followed it to the letter. I was told to do rinse 3 times a day at my worse. I will be honest dont like the sinus rinse, but the results are so worth it no more migraines. Spring is coming and pollen, so wear the wrap sunglasses keeps the pollen out of your eyes, take complete shower after being outside, change bedding frequently, avoid all forms of smoke. Any smoker in the outside needs to take it outside. They need to wash their face and hands, and change their clothes at night to (easier said then done). My allergies are better, but I still follow the rules and even the sinus rinse. When I feel an issue coming on. PLUS I found doing sinus rinse before I fly, really helps especially changing continents or going from desert to mountains (changing climates). So keep it in mind, always have some in your luggage.

Oh are you or were you in the military, or have been in the city I am talking about? got stationed here way back when. Both Duane, Bcsam and I are disabled vets.

Oh if you know them, then you lived here or very near. When I heard about the shooting. I called my middle son, he had plans to be at the mall and at the time of the announcement they didnt know if the mall was involved. Thankfully my son and his friend decided to hang out at his place. Then I started calling all my friends in the city. The whole time I was holding my breath afraid of what I would hear. But thankfully no one I knew was involved. But I refuse until now to go to that walmart, its like walking around on someone's soul or grave. Seriously think they should have bulldozed the place and made a memorial park. I spent weeks asking people are you all right, and how is your family if I knew the person or not. I even asked walmart workers that work at the one I go to. One of the workers I had seen at my walmart I had seen him in the walmart with the shooting month before shooting. So i made a point of finding him, and making sure he was okay.
