Happy Luminaire, everyone ❤!

I've been working on the new Mysterious Melody, and am excited to share it! Unfortunately, while building the new system we had the server outage earlier this month which pushed it back, and then... I got covid. I'm fully vaccinated (and boosted), and took precautions, but the dangers of living in a large city.

I'm recovering now from a 'mild' breakthrough case that has completely knocked me off my feet. With this time of year it's hard to pass off or delegate work to others, everyone has booked in their time off with friends and family (or zooming with friends and family, as it's likely to be this year).

I'm still excited to share MM with you, it's got improvements asked for in years past (you will not get matched up with someone who doesn't have your same zest for present giving!) and some fun NPC interactions. Fingers crossed I can get it over the finish line by tomorrow and we'll run it long past Luminaire this year.

Small update part 2!

A lot of the work for MM is done now, most of the item handling code (selecting an item from your inventory, and sending it to your MM anonymously) and the ranking (how it chooses who to select you with), however the actual... processing is still incomplete.

I'm aiming for a LUMINAIRE IN FEBRUARY kind of release, will keep you in the loop!
