Thank You so much, God handled it all for us & kept us safe & is healing our little Nickolas.Childrens Hospital Doctor told me that the Adult Urgent Care Centers always get really worried when it comes to kids because they don't treat kids so it's major when they get a kid in. they wanted to get an ambulance for him to take him to the Children's Hospital,that's when it really scared us.but we decided to take him,we waited but your in the best place you can be the Childrens Hospital if something happen.The doctor there was so assuring he would be alright & he's almost back to his old self. playing running around talking a lot, each day he's better & better we are soo Happy.
The weather was like white out fog on & off, on the main route coming into our hotel. we followed the trucks & I believe I read some places had the fog when the tornado's came through. I get very scared when it comes to Tornados. That's why we got a house with a basement. Can't really do much when your on the road traveling. I was in my jean shorts the whole time no coat or long sleeves but did take them just in case.There was a bit of a breeze but I thought the weather was perfect. Yeah perfect for Tornado's =( Thought we might run into detours on the way home from the tornado's debris,But never came across any.
Tooth isn't hurting, see the dentist Tues.the 21st ,but they would have taken me right in if I had pain.This is a new Dentist for me & I have other work I need done also. Hugss =)
Papa is a trooper for sure.he will do anything Nickolas asks, if he can he will. Me I'm like no way I'm going on that thing, I'll watch you 2 go around hahaha To HIGH for me Hugss :D

Did tornadoes touch down where you were in Tennessee? We had very high winds in Ohio, thank God we didn't get any tornadoes.

Yes, they did Tornadoes devastate West Tennessee and Kentucky,here's a little of it you can read about it if you would like Mayfield KY was the worst hit. LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Deadly storms producing multiple tornadoes tore across six different states the night of Friday, December 10, through the early morning hours on Saturday, December 11. Kentucky was the worst-hit state as long-track tornadoes hit the highly populated areas of Mayfield and Bowling Green KY, along with many rural areas. The National Weather Service confirmed seven tornadoes touched down in Tennessee but haven’t confirmed if the same tornado damaged Tennessee and Kentucky. In Weakley County, Dresden was hard hit, as was Newbern in Weakley County. =(

where we where couldn't really tell there were storms coming the winds didn't seam that bad,there was rain when we woke up the next day,but I'm also reading this & didn't know this either. (Saturday, December 11th ) KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - As storms approach the East Tennessee area, Dollywood announced early Saturday morning that the park would postpone its opening until the afternoon. Dollywood said that high wind also contributed to the postponement. At this time, the park is expected to open at 3 p.m.

Sorry I have been so quiet life gets so busy for me, but especially busy since the tornados. I live about 12 miles from Dresden, TN and yes it is completely devastated. I have not been to Mayfield, KY, though I have seen the videos and photos friends and family have sent me. Most of my Mayfield family is safe, a few lost their homes so trying to help them keep up spirits and find things they need. It is all keeping me on my toes for sure.

My friend and I went to Amish country on Friday, we ate at one of the restaurants before going into the little shops to get Christmas gifts. I have finally finished my Christmas shopping, now I just have to wrap everything.

Tornadoes are so scary and devastating. I lived in Michigan many years ago where there were several years of worrying about them. I'm so glad you weren't in one but very sorry for those who were.
