Delightful Daisy Doll missing a 'female' version?

I just went to use the Delightful Daisy Doll on my HA, but there's some unfortunate 'side boob' issues going on here....
(female base on left, and especially on the lighter skin tones, the side boob is noticeable over the arm to our left. Admittedly it's not 100% in your face glaringly obvious and there's probably more important things the artists could be working on (like the Electric Piano 😇), but once you know it's there, it's annoyingly hard to work around! :P
Both the male and female HAs use the same item image https://img.subeta.net/avatars2/b_body_delightfuldaisydoll.png hence the problem, as there's no allowance given for boobs!

I checked with Gemma and she sayd this is intentional for these overalls. They hang in the front like that and are meant to be worn with like a boxy tee. In fact, if you take a look, a LOT of overalls are this way (for this reason) in our wardrobe. There are two denim sets that curve with the chest that you can wear without.
