Not going to lie, when GoT started I was very enamoured with 300. My best friend and I have similar taste in films. I went to see it in theaters, giggled the whole time, and went back for a second watch (the first time I've ever done that). Then I bought the movie on DVD the day it came out and gave it to him for his birthday. It was a solid bonding experience. XD Everyone else in my family hates that movie, so I had to drag someone into watching it with me. Anyway, that's the first film I saw with her in it and I thought she did a lovely job.

I was in college when 300 came out and had to go see it for a class. I enjoyed it and she did a lovely job. As always :)

The teacher of the class talked about the fact it was basically all filmed on green screen and wanted us to see it because of that.

That's really interesting! I've never heard of a professor assigning that film for any reason before. The green-screen aspect was a large part of my interest in it, too. Though, admittedly, I was on a Gerard Butler films kick at the time, so that was most of it.

It was unusual, but I didn't mind :)

I didn't realize at the time but I do like films by Zack Synder. He's not perfect, but his films tend to always be enjoyable.

Same! I think that was one of the first films of his that I saw, but I've followed his work ever since. Watchmen is one of my favorites.

I think it was Intro to Film. At the end of the class I had to write a short script.

I love Watchmen. While not a perfect adaptation due to the size and content of the comic, it is one of the better adaptations out there :)

It was very well written and the visuals were excellent. I haven't read the comics, so I can't comment on the translation, but I was satisfied with what was delivered either way.

I think I watched the Director's Cut which is supposed to be considered the superior cut by most fans.

I recently watched the Extended Edition of Escape Room 2 as someone said it was the better version. It still ended a little too abruptly for me but I hope there is a third film XD

Yes. It is the better one. XD Kidding, of course. I'm sure they're both fine. I just have an attachment to the Director's Cut because I watched that one first.

Huh. I haven't seen the Escape Room series, yet. If they lined it up properly, though, then I'm sure they'll get around to a third. Series films in the horror/thriller genre seem like they tend to go over well. Also, I'm not super sure this is related, given that I haven't seen the first two, but is this the third: Escape Room: Tournament of Champions? It just came out this year in July.

The first Escape Room is much better than it should be. It's all about escape rooms that can actually kill you and are overseen by a mysterious organization.

Tournament of Champions is the second film in the series n.n

I think there was a news update that said what was wrong or I'm so sleepy I'm misremembering. I know there was a news post saying how users were compensated with CSC and if you go to the Free Gift you can get a Gold Account that'll last a week. I'm waiting until I want to autoprice was shop.

I haven't checked the news in a few days, but I'll be sure to go have a look. Not a huge deal that it was down, though. Stuff happens, especially during changeovers. I don't imagine that making a new site is easy. Huh. I didn't even notice the CSC because I haven't cleaned out my events page in days. XD That was super nice of them, though!

Oh, I didn't know that those gave you the ability to autoprice your shop. I sold my first one, but that sounds like a great use of these.

That is entirely reasonable. I really love the shop pricing system on here (including the fact that lowest/typical prices are listed on the site). It makes it a lot easier than Neo, but the autopricing feature sounds even nicer ...
