Training Just starting? Take 100 csc, use some morty cards or buy it with sP or whatever, train your pet’s level just enough so you can train other stats, then auto train each one for one day. After that, training is pretty much optional if you find it too bothersome to have to keep up with it. You just need those initial sessions to get you the stats you need to get started. Or… Just train regularly for a few day if you don’t want to spend the csc.

Some starter weapons While you’re waiting on training, use a budget guide to help you out because lot of early weapons are garbage and/or you’ll outgrow them quickly. There are a few things you’ll want to spend on early because you’ll end up using them for a long time. You’re also going to want to look into starter scrolls, and either borrow or buy any you can’t make or win. Dark potions are also cheap and easy extra damage per turn if you want to bother using them. It’s also OK to just explore the UI and how battling works to help you get a better understanding of how things work- the challenger Aboxalpse exists pretty much for this reason.

Battle Quests Do as many as you can every day you can log in. Take the experience points you earn and use them to buy stats. Keep at it and you will progress.

Look at the UI The UI hides shit from you, and this is dumb. It also can break on mobile devices and not allow you to scroll because the length of weapon and spell names. So go look at the damage/healing sections and the role play. Things don’t matter early on, but this will become important at higher tiers and battle quests starting 21-24. You also may not be able to do anything about it because the tools you need have a tier requirement that’s higher than your pet. What you want to take note of are things like what kind of damage is being done, what kind of damage is being blocked, how much healing is happening or if there is none at all when there should be, did you or your opponent have a critical strike this turn. Other things to notice- is freezing blocked? Is stealing? Are blessings or curses working? Is your opponent taking your stuff?

Hey, while you’re logged in, do some daily quests They give you money, quest points, a chance at morty cards, and books. Read the books to your pet, because intelligence translates into Alchemy Points, which allow you the equip scrolls. Battle pets don’t have high intelligence simply for vanity. It’s an easy and cheap way to start building that stat. Quest points can be spent on… more books! Late game weapons and scrolls are expensive, so if you’re motivated by goals think about being able to buy a Natasha the second you hit Tier 11.

As your pet grows, do weapon and scroll set maintenance Keep using a budget guide for this. If you’re paying attention to what opponents are doing by looking at the UI, by the time you get to the point where you need to be dropping a lot of money on weapons you’ll have an idea of what you’re looking for and why. Late game becomes about defense icons on weapons and healing because opponents start doing a lot of damage in 1-4 types.

It’s not that hard, guys Subeta doesn’t give you a lot of help, and that people seem to want to go into single player monster collection RPG mode doesn’t help either. You’re not the hero, and there’s no plot to push you forward. Everything is on you and what you’re willing to do, which really amounts to logging in daily, do all the battle quests you can and buy stats with the experience points. With the exception of a handful of challengers, you will eventually overcome most opponents by outstatting them rather than clever play or 9 billion sP god weapons from a loot box. If you dedicate yourself to the goal of turning your pet into an unstoppable meat juggernaut that brutally crushes everything in its path, you’ll end up murdering almost everything the battle admins can throw at you while walking away with some sweet loot. And you know what? It mostly just takes logging in and spending 10-20 minutes to do battle quests every day.

Take it seriously enough to log in and work at it every day, but not enough to get frustrated and quit This isn’t fast unless you’re dumping a ton of resources into boosters. That’s for everyone, even filthy elitists. You need to maintain interest and patience over months to years. Stat cap is 35,000 and you start at 40. If you’re getting frustrated at a challenger in a battle quest and you can’t skip it, just stop for the day. It’s not worth being angry over. And you’ll get sweet, sweet revenge by mowing it down on stats alone eventually. The best time to have started battling might have been 17 years ago, but the second best time is now. Take it chill, keep at it, and you’ll get there.

To be honest, I'm really not looking forward to seeing what he looks like while possessed, I find his regular appearance with him facing to the side with that weird expression creepy enough, not helped by the fact that for some reason the staff insist on showing that image in the news post every time there's new Alchemy items.
