, , , , , , Thank you so much for all the happy birthday's. Been a chill day though a bit stressfull for an hour thanks to my younger sister wanting to borrow money from me.. again.. right before her store closed.. os typical for her to go all " happy birthday now can I borrow money?" .. its not like I got anything for birthday gift apart from what I bought for myself which was a wooden duck ( or Dcuk as the brand is called ) xD and some delicious sushi + Rosé.. so it got bit special anyway.

I looked up DCUK and their ducks are so cute! Which one did you get? My favorites are the Dinky Ducks wearing boots and the Raincoat Ducklings. But, like I said, they are so cute it's hard to choose!

I got the 'Abigail' Duck. at least its nametag says its called Abigail xD the one I already had was named Emma if I recall correct. which from what google tell me is a 'duckling' with flowers on its dark blue boots.. the Abigail duck have the same kind of boots. Abigail duck: basically a duckling, just its looking to the side.

Tomorrow is my 'late birthday present for myself' time.. aka I should get my first Covid-19 vaccine. I'm looking forward to it but also a bit anxious.

I just love the ducks not oly are they cute they also make me think of my dad.. Its been so weird not to wake up to a phonecall from him.

Any of the ones with boots are totally my favorites! 😆 So sorry about your Dad. It's especially hard on holidays and birthdays. (((hugs))) <3

I just got back from New Philadelphia. I went there to eat at Texas Roadhouse and get my free appetizer for my birthday. Wouldn't you know it. They don't open until 3 pm on Mondays.

I went to New Towne Mall instead and ate at the chinese buffet and then went into the mall to the food court and got Sbarro's Pizza and Osaka Grille chicken and shrimp hibachi to go. Now I have a few meals and don't have to cook for the next few days.

I'm sorry you missed your free appetizer but it sounds like you made up for it at the mall! it all sounds delicious .

definitly btrhdays, he usually would call me around 10 am and wish me a happy birthday

I looked at email with the free appetizer and the expiration date is 8/21, so I am going to use it this Friday, since they are opened for lunch on Fridays and Saturdays.
