thats how the "new" site is for me too, I'd say about 95 percent of my attempts say my login credentials are invalid which is simply not true, because I can go from that site to old subeta with the same info and login (as I should be able to) with no issue
I am still (even to write this) having to log off and on multiple times a day to access the forums, and sometimes they work, most times it'll load a page and I have to start over. It has not been the hail mary fix for me like it has for others.
Also yes, I've cleared my cookies, cache, browsing data, more times in the last week than I had in the last 3 months so I don't think that's the issue either.

Just checking in to say that I see all of the feedback / issues, and am working through them today. Most importantly is the one requiring you to log in multiple times (on both sites!).
Once it is resolved that logging in on new.subeta.net keeps you logged in that should fix all of the cascading from there issues like the forums not loading. The reason they don't load is you're making a request to the new API, and it's saying "sorry you aren't logged in" even if you are on subeta.net.
I didn't expect this overhaul to go off without a hitch, but this is more issues than I was hoping for. I should have an update soon!

~Thank you for the update, I have n been talking with Aerialure via a ticket for the last few days, because I kept losing info, because it would log me off every time there was a pause in activity. I wasn;t sure if it was abug or an issue with the new API. It's good to know it's being worked on. We appreciate you.

<p>Since Subeta breaks so much, I assumed something happened with Questathon making CW shops and the forums completely inaccessible. I cleared my cookies/cache, got back logged in onto every site, and Subeta was broken again the next day. I just gave up on the forums at that point because I wasn&;t going to log back into every single site I use every single day. There was no easily accessible information, no news post, not even a siteupdate ping for a clue, and the forums literally did not load. How were users even expected to find this or figure it out on their own?</p>
<p>Can staff please post important updates like this in the news? This isn&;t the first time very important info has been hidden away on a thread and users complain every single time it happens.

I'm sure there are other users out there who are similar. I was waiting for a news update or edit to that post along the lines of "If you're still having issues just keep logging in and out, we're working on it" or whatever the fix is.

Each day I still cannot see forum posts or have access to my wardrobe, unless I log out and back in. Nuisance!
Also can someone explain, how to log in on new subeta "Login Problem Invalid login credentials, try again?"

I'm still having to log in/out multiple times a day.
Not sure where else to post this but I am now suddenly having this issue again. I get logged out of new.subeta multiple times a day and cannot stay logged in anymore (I have tried with and without the 'remember me' button checked). I have also tried to log out of both and log into new.subeta first and that also didn't work.
Win 10 / latest firefox update.
(I had logged out about a week ago to check and see if I needed to reset to see a page that wasn't loading, and since logging back in, I have had this issue non-stop since then.)
Sounds like a good idea. You can never be too careful nowdays.
I was one of those that couldn't get the new stuff to work. I was prompted to log in to the new site yesterday and for the first time did not have to log out and log in to use the forums today :D thank you!
I haven't had any issues up until the past week. Now i'm having to login on new subeta multiple times a day - most times I view the forums.

<p>For example: It is basically a flip of the switch for us to enable two factor authentication, which we could replace our aging and weird PIN system with. This would work with any two factor authentication method (google authenticator, authy, and text message!).
I should have thought of this when you first posted, but for the past few weeks some dude decided all he wants for Christmas is my email account, so I've been forced into being security Krampus.
