I think they're set to private in the wardrobe as nothing came up when I looked them up, but the wardrobe has been super slow for me today so maybe I just didn't wait long enough?

I for the life of me cannot recall the name or specifics of the items that make the left and/or right arms "disappear". These items were released around the same time as the cash shop vanity sets that featured sweaters with the arms in front of the body such as the Vanity Simper Sweater.

You can simply turn limbs off in the wardrobe now (navigate to the "Base" tab and just click the toggles for what you want to make go away; it can be a bit tricky to get the toggles to turn back on, though, depending on your window size/screen resolution). If you still want the items, though, here are the ones for the arms. You can find the whole set of whiteout pens in the Millionaire Center under the "All Year" tab, they cost 1M sP each.
