We found him sick on the ground 7 years ago. It was a rainy spring/year overall, and after we managed to get him back on his feet, it didn't seem warm enough to let him back out where he belonged. And a year passed, and we got attached to him, as it happens when you take care of living creatures. And then it was too difficult and too late to release him. And since then, we no longer took any vacations because it's difficult with a bird -they get scared easily and can die. He's also only used to my fiance and I, and we wouldn't trust anyone to come feed him without scaring him. Up until a few months ago he would only eat from our hand, now not anymore. On my profile, there's a link to a old pic of him, if you want to see him. ;p
I really have to update my blog ObscureJourney and my review site BeingObscure. French speakers can read my reviews here.
My account is just almost 5 years old, and I'm 24 right now sooo... I pretty much started playing this game as an adult.! My sister (5 years younger than me) dragged me into here when she found out I used to play Neopets.
I don't think it's a weird thing to find adults in sites like this, even though at first glance it seems to be catered towards a younger audience. It's adults that have money to buy CSC after all lol.
I'm an adult and just joined recently. I've been into a lot of different sites but none have really stuck. I'm 28 but I always forget my age now a days. I'm handicapped so I do nothing all day but I like to listen about other people's lives and my sister is a mother of 7 and she started having kids when I was only 12 so I understand mother life even though I'm not one.
I'm 27 and have been here for about a month or so, but I really love this site!!! It has everything I've been looking for in an online community and I find myself looking forward to playing every day.
I've got a son who will be 3 in exactly a month. I manage a nonprofit coffeeshop full time and am about to go back to school. Still not 100% what I want to do with my career.... but I know I need something unconventional, creative, definitely not a 9-5. I like to spend my time gaming, baking, gardening, hiking, reading, painting, and collecting witchy things. I'd love to be friends if you're interested!
"i already am, i always was, and i still have time to be."
22 going on 23. No kids, but five cats and two dogs. I've been a member for close to 12 years and I have no doubt I'll stay a member for another 12 years. Currently I'm doing my bachelor's degree in Russian Philology, my personal interests include animal's rights and environment, historical fashion, cooking, gardening, reading and battling off existential dread. I've never really gotten into this community before, so if anyone wants to exchange recipies for creamy one-pot dinners or for some good cakes, feel free to write me.
there's items like different kind of bar drinks so I don't think this game is 100 percent made for kids. It's for anybody.
I'm pretty old and I have no kids except bird kids. 4 birds babies. I wrote much on my profile about them but I digress. XD ^^ I'm always up for new chatting friends ( forgive if I drop off the earth sometimes though, my health and constant distracted brain makes me like, everywhere and nowhere) xD Subeta is one of the only places I feel comfortable after Facebook is just a nightmare. I still don't really "get" discord but I try xD
Hello! 38 year old mum here. Rediscovering Subeta after a long hiatus. What's new? Do they still do plots? I used to love those
I'm 32 year old cat dad and have only been here a little over four years. I love the pet art and the amount of quests that can be done daily.

I'm 30 but not a parent. Unless you count my 2 cats :)

Hi! I'm 31 over here and am a parent of a 9 year old (he just had his birthday today!). Unfortunately, due to a lot of drama that no one needs to be bogged down with, I share custody with his father, so I don't have him all year. I haven't really been on Subeta much and joined less than a year ago, but was really glad to find something fun that I could enjoy that had adults playing, too. I used to play Neopets ages and ages ago LOL so this definitely gives me off vibes from that but done in a lot better of a way.
Hello, I'm 26 and first joined in 2007. I've been in and out but have been having fun on here for the past few days. I'm a catmom of 2 and feed a colony of strays. I like all kinds of art/crafting/making and just existing or doing anything outdoors. And I'm into sustainability and mutual aid.

34 today, been on here for 14 years, mum of a human and cats!
TBH I think 99% of browser games users are adults by now.
I am 28 and my account will be 10 years next February and I still enjoy Subeta til this day and I mostly am making HA's or saving up for Cw's or stuff for my Galleries
Looking for these : x100
27, three cats, a dog and back after a long hiatus.
Loving the changes to subeta, and I wish I would've logged in more over the years. Super agree with finding it a bit awkward to fit into the forums. Everyone is miles deep into conversation and I feel like I'm interrupting. :'D

Early 30s, and new to subeta. I don't consider myself new to the whole avatar/pets type websites though since I was majorly into gaiaonline and neopets as a teen. So, I came back - I just came back to a new site (to me at least) instead.
I just, really wanted to play Meerca chase and make outfits, haha. AND LOOK. Subeta has a meerca chase knockoff that isn't flash based and actually works! And the avatar scene is very Gaia! Um, maybe it's just because I'm older, but I find the amount of items/customization to be more flexible and approachable than gaia, although to be fair I didn't actually explore it before coming here. Because web browser games. Lol.
