Come across as a hero, and on the lawful side but turns out to be one of the bigger twists in the story as a villain.

Sidekick turned Antihero when they figured out their shadow powers were more valuable for making justice without constraints.

villain, classic and cool. Like the villanous head of a crew of pirates or something.
