I know a lot of us have strong feelings about the United States right now. Tomorrow is Independence Day. Regardless of your current feelings, I hope you'll take a moment to reflect about how we can do better moving forward. We've forgotten how to be kind to strangers. What small, kind act can you do? Maybe it's something as simple as holding a door open for someone, saying thank you when someone does something kind for you, or taking your shopping cart back when you've put your groceries in your car. Small kindnesses lead to bigger things, which in turn lead to us talking and understanding each other more.
A small kindness that I can do is donate to a charity, which is where you come in. For the remainder of the month of July, the Artistic Luminescent Laurel is unlimited and discounted in my shop. For each purchase, I will donate $1.00 to Girls Write Now. I will post the donation total on August 1st.

Last month, I donated $1.00 to Girls Write Now for each purchase of an Artistic Luminescent Laurel. With 5 copies sold, I sent in a personal donation of $10.00 and an additional $5.00 for our Subeta donation (with an additional 74 cents to cover transaction fees).
I would like to do the same thing again this month, but with a different charity and different CW.
