You can just leave the name of the item if you don't know how to use sCode. But if you want show the image, you would do this:
[item= item name]
Just remove the stars and spaces.
And the quotation marks that appear in the brackets which weren't there when I typed it.

Re-discovered this, as my pet has eaten it already
I haven't seen that before, either, so I looked it up on Subetalodge. It was once a Millionaire Center item, it seems. Judging by the price in user shops, though, I'd guess it's one of the items that's been Retired from there.
And for my own part, I think that's too bad. Definitely a decent T5 weapon.
