This is the error I'm getting this morning

500 errors were resolved. However yesterday evening the lag started again and now it's pretty bad :-( I really had hoped to be able to catch up this morning and once again sacrifice my work instead of getting things done over the weekend!

Getting time out errors all over the place.

I'm getting error 504,502 and 1016 too many to do my quests

Earlier the forums wouldn't load. During night (probably the time people mentioned here) the training center was acting up. pets showed up not in training, when I had just put them in, very slow response and 50s. I can access the wardrobe (though it's slowly responding only), but my avatar doesn't show up in my sidebar. Shop Search doesn't offer any suggestions.

I'm experiencing major lag site wide.

Now everything is lagging sitewide and gives 504s

Getting 504s yesterday and today, no pattern to which pages as far as I can tell.

So uhhhh, i got a morty card, i redeemed a morty card, i didn´t get csc for a quest, i switched to a diferent quest giver, i got 5 csc, i switched back to the first questgiver, i have now gotten 5 csc for the past 6 or so quests.

Which apparently is a known issue(as said in the topic title) so uh, i should stop questing until it goes away?

I have been getting 504 errors all day on forums, inventory, my shop and now battle quests. I just need to refresh once or twice and then it lets me in.

edit to add: also seeing lots of battle lag. (turns taking a lot of time to process)

Everything seems to be sorting itself out. The only problem that still remains for me is being unable to access my User Dashboard.

Whether I use the sidebar, or dropdown menu, I am sent to a page that displays the following message: "You are not permitted here"

This has been ongoing since yesterday.

I got a 504 error when I clicked the "Spend EXP!" button while I was spending roughly 13,000 EXP (a day's worth of battle quests up to level 21) on the Spend Exp page for my pet Windsora. When I refreshed the EXP was gone - down to 49 - but none of the stats I spent it on increased.

EDIT: It was exactly 13,000, was able to hit the back button and see and screenshot how much EXP I started with. It would be nice to have this refunded.

Keep being logged out and then when I log back in I get the link to the forum post about logging into the new site. So then when I click it I get this: Error 504 Ray ID: 731e0fe5f6b427de • 2022-07-28 13:46:43 UTC Gateway time-out You Browser Working Seattle Cloudflare Working subeta.net Host Error What happened? The web server reported a gateway time-out error.

What can I do? Please try again in a few minutes.

Keep being logged out as well. When trying to log back in I get a "page timeout" error that advises me to reload the page. This has been going on for days.

If I close firefox and open it i get this everytime You're logged in to Subeta using the old method, and we'd appreciate you switching to the new method. Check out the news post here for more details.

I’m not completely sure if this is the correct place to post but I’m not sure if staff is aware but subeta isn’t working for anyone using a PC at the moment. But for users who play on their phones it seems to be working ok. I’ve had friends tell me Subeta isn’t working on any web browser on computers at the moment. It’s blank pages and 504s.

Going to subeta.net gives me a 504. Going to auth.subeta.net lets me log in without needing the hit the main page, and no 504 error. Going to any internal page that gives you a log in prompt (subeta.net/inventory.php, for instance) will also allow me to log in, but with the old system (and the banner telling me to relog in).

Hi there. If your friend is still having trouble getting logged in I may have a suggestion that can help. First let me say I am no expert nor am I one of the Subeta staff. But I was having problems getting logged in too, I'm using a tablet. The thing I did was to search the word "subeta" on a search site, Bing was what I used, but any search site should work, and when it gave results for different pages from Subeta I clicked one of those options and that got me to where I could find the login option. I hope this helps and is understandable. If not ping me or comment on my profile and I'll try my best to explain better.

i get error 504 gateway timeout errors every now and then. usually, refreshing does fix it but the site is terribly laggy.

i'm not having any other problems and this only started for me today.

Thank you so much for your suggestions! The issue seemed to fix earlier this morning, thankfully. It was multiple users not just one D: Not sure what happened but thankfully it's fixed now!
