Does anyone know if there's a list of balloons you can donate for the achievement please?

I'm not sure about a specific list, but I tested buying 15 random balloons from the Carvinval Shop (balloon tab) and it looks like 14 of the 15 can be donated - all but the Large Pig Balloon. So I'd try buying a few from that shop, see if they work, then buy a bunch more of the ones that do.

I got all of the Vesnali items I still needed to get all of those achievements AND pretty much everything from Esthers off my HUGE list of collectables, thanks in big part to the help of a wonderful wonderful person <3 So this Vesnali was a huge success. :D

heya, returning player here after many years. trying to acquire the item 'Fairy Tale Color Plate'.. which i assumed was given after accomplishing the 'Fairy Tales From Around The World' achievement. was i wrong in assuming this? lol. apologies if this is not the right thread for this, if anyone could offer any insight it would be greatly appreciated!

it is the achievement prize for "Happily Ever After" which was plot related and is retired now, sadly :(
