i don't actually see any good reason not to do this?

• it's better for the site if people spend money throughout the year instead of all at once (on black friday)
• it's more likely people will spend money on these throughout the year instead of on black friday (there are more items available, thus a higher chance of the battle items being a lower priority purchase)(also people may have decided against buying them if they have to wait a long time to do it)
• it would be more consistent and intuitive if they matched the release style of the monthly collections
• even though there's no keyword to easily search for and manually add them, there are a couple topics (this one included) that have them listed by month already. staff can easily use this list, or make their own...

i would love to hear an official reason why this hasn't happened? or if it will happen? it's been months since the start of this thread, nevermind how old the other thread was too...
