The guests disappear into the early hours are quietly and mysteriously as they once appear, their new treasures hidden in the folds of their clothes and in the palms of their hands. Some, smiling more wickedly than the others.
And as they leave, the manor still stands, untouched, unfazed. Hiding within its walls the innumerable trinkets and secrets that The Collector hoards.
Who is the mysterious Collector? That much is not know, may not ever be known.
But you cannot help but to wish, that maybe some day, some time, in another lifetime perhaps, another need envelope finds yours door.
