waves Pet spotlight judge here! You actually can currently have a foreign language on a profile as long as there is an English translation that comes with it. As long as people don't abuse that, it will remain ok. So like if someone puts up something inappropriate and it gets reported, then the user would get in trouble and we would likely have to change that for the future.
