Can I throw everything in one post for space saving?
Game 9: Lately I've been working on reading Dolores Cannon's Conversations with Nostradamus Vol. 2 because it heavily discusses the identity of the antichrist. So far there's been no evidence of any of the predictions being legit... but it's fun having something to research and speculate on.
Game 10: My favorite books are the Hannibal series by Thomas Harris. In Hannibal, Margot is the sister of Mason. She was abused by him as a kid and basically ends up working for him during the events of the book (she was left out of the movie, pfft.) Spoilers to why she's the best character:
SPOILER (click to toggle)
Margot did basically work for Mason, but in the end she's the one who ultimately kills him... With his pet eel. She goes hard af. After people's anger at the portrayal of Buffalo Bill in Silence of the Lambs, she definitely should have been kept for the film Hannibal because she's a lesbian and is an awesome face for the LGBTQ community imo.
For a TV hit, if I may also add (without going into a buttload of detail because that would be the biggest post ever) Ziva David from NCIS ties basically every storyline together. I'd you're interested the details I've shared them on Reddit (probably not hugely interesting if you've not seen the show since it compares things that happened years apart, heh.) There's some full series spoilers in these.
Conspiracy stuff Fire stuff CIA stuff and a comment of quick summary
Game 11: My favorite line, from Hannibal by Thomas Harris: "“Signorina, the pigs, you must know, the pigs help the Dottore. They stand back from him, circle him. They kill my brother, kill Carlo, but they stand back from Dr. Lecter. I think they worship him.”" It brings out a bit of the supernatural elements of the book imo.

Thank you so much! :) Trust Me is dancing around with a grin on her face.
⭐ Game no.9:⭐ I don't really read too many books LOL but the book I am currently reading and that I like is Harry Potter. I like mystery books and books full of horrific and unexpected events :) ⭐ Game no.10: ⭐ Idk.. I have many favorite fictional characters... but the character I like the most, also from Harry Potter, is Hermoine Granger. She's smart and pretty, and I feel there are rarely if ever have situations where she doesn't know what to do or make mistakes, especially in the first few books. ⭐ Game no.11: ⭐ “Stay gold, Ponyboy, stay gold.” - The Outsiders
Game no.9: Jurassic Park written by Michael Crichton. I really enjoyed the Jurassic park series/movies what have you. Reading the book has more information, and completely different things from the movie or things left out.
Game no.10: I actually don't have a favorite fictional character.. It's probably hard to believe but, I just don't have a "favorite"
Game no.11:
poem
From Lang Leave's poetry book Love and Misadventure.
This is my favorite poem because it speaks truth to me personally.
Happy Valentine's Day everyone!
Event No.9 I recommend The Road to Avalon by Joan Wolf. It is one of my favorite versions of the King Arthur story, if you are in to Arthurian legend.
Event No.10 One of my favorite fictional characters is Saetan SaDiablo from the Black Jewels series. He is one of the most devoted (character flaw = tunnel vision!) father figures I can think of in literature.
Event No.11 I like the quote “You can know anything. It's all there. You just have to find it.” from Preludes & Nocturnes. It always makes me feel calm, somehow. (I hope this counts!)
I wasn’t going to play, but then you asked about books and hit me in my sweet spot.
Game 9- narrowing down book recommendations is tough. I usually like to recommend based on genre. For just general recommendations I like to do books that are amazing but weren’t necessarily on the best seller list. Hidden gems. For this I choose Rumo and His Miraculous Adventures by Walter Möers. Rumo is a Wolperting (a talking dog species) who travels the land of Zamonia with his talking sword Dandelion and has epic adventures. All of Möers books are lush, fun, and fanciful but Rumo is the best character.
Game 10- Favorite character would be a toss up between Locke Lamora (from Scott Lynch’s Gentlemen Bastard series) and Kvothe (from Patrick Rothfuss’ Kingkiller Chronicles series.) Both of these guys are probably too smart, too suave for their own good, but reading about them getting out of trouble (or getting in to it) is the definition of finesse. I recommend both of these series to people who are obsessed with Kaz Brekker from Six of Crows and want to try some more adult books.
Game 11-
I wanted to go with something really profound, but the most quoted line from a book in my house is “Need a cheez?”- Wiggly Charlie from Secondhand Souls by Christopher Moore.
I can’t even begin to explain this book. Wiggly Charlie is a reanimated taxidermied alligator/doll hybrid. Secondhand Souls is the sequel to A Dirty Job. Do yourself a favor and read them both. I have never read funnier books than these
I liked Water for Elephants a lot because it's like a vacation going back in time and each page keeps you on your toes. There's a good mix of heart-warming and heart-wrenching moments.
One of my favorite characters is Uchiha Itachi from the Naruto manga series. He holds strong to his convictions no matter what the cost and his undying love for his younger brother makes me melt.
"Lay your head, lass," he whispered. "In the morning, I'll take ye home."
This is a line from the book Outlander by Diana Gabaldon. For context, the speaker has been running away from the law (for good reason), so he hasn't been home in awhile. The woman he is speaking to is his new bride and she time travelled to his time. I really like this line because both characters have been on an arduous journey together and now they finally get to have a sense of peace.
Happy Valentine's Day!
Happy Valentine's Day!
Game 9: I recommend The Sandman series by Neil Gaiman(hope graphic novels count here) if you haven't read it yet. It is a wonderfully written and drawn fantasy/horror series. There are many different stories within the main story, which focuses around Dream, one of a group of beings known as the Endless.
Game 11: “People shouldn't be afraid of their government. Governments should be afraid of their people.” -V for Vendetta by Alan Moore (also highly recommend this graphic novel as well)
Game number 9 My favorite book series is Nightrunner series. Its a fantasy romance series where there are evles and like other neat mysterious races you meet along the way. Its packed with adventure and left crying or itching to read more to find out what happens to the characters next. Really loved how action pact, heartfelt and amazing this book was
Game number 9
I reccommend the grizzly killer series by Lane R. Warenski.
It's about a young man who became a mountain man and married two Indian girls. 13 books in the series so far.
Always an adventure going on.
Give a flower!

Game 9 I would recommend The Book Thief by Marcus by Markus Zusak! Historical novels aren't what I would usually go for but this was beautifully written & stresses the power of reading/writing in a meaningful way.
Game 10 One of my favorite fictional characters is Darius from the House of Night series. He's a very calm, rational & honorable man who adds a nice amount of (appropriate) levity in stressful situations. Who doesn't want to know someone like that? :P
Game 11 “Like most misery, it started with apparent happiness.” ― Markus Zusak, The Book Thief

Wow, so many great recommendations, quotes and characters... Thank you everyone for sharing! I know I'm going to add a bunch of new books to my to-read-list. And...it's literally very difficult to choose the winners already! :)

Thank you so much! <3
I must admit I haven’t been doing much reading lately so this is all based on what I remember from books I’ve read years ago
Game 9 Can I recommend a whole book series, lol? I’m usually not that into fantasy but Terry Pratchett’s Discworld is ridiculously hilarious. I love his way of writing and describing things, and the sidenotes remind me a bit of Nikolai Gogol(’s The Tale of How Ivan Ivanovich Quarreled with Ivan Nikiforovich). My favourite books from the series were Hogfather and Small Gods
Game 10 I don’t have a favourite character per say but since I’m already talking about Discworld, I’ll say the Librarian of the Unseen University. He was accidentally turned into an orangutan, and he doesn’t want to be turned back on account of life as an ape being much simpler... and the convenience of orangutang physique when scaling tall book shelves. But basically the whole library is awesome
Game 11 ”Time passed, which, basically, is its job” from Terry Pratchett’s Equal Rites
Not Australia, I'm in Hong Kong! Looks like I miscalculated our time differences... How come XD
Yeah, that was a cool outfit you were working on! :) hugs back
Enjoy! <3 Same here - haven't been doing a lot of reading myself probably since graduation. So this will hopefully get me back into reading! ^~^
