Our neighbors had a cat before, Pipo. He was the brother of our beloved Kea, we adopted this pair from Spain. Alas, they had a genetic disposition and crossed the rainbow bridge early due to renal failure, Kea with only 6 years and Pipo with 9. The family was so devastated, they decided they didn't want to have another cat. Yet you know, often you are going to be adopted by the cat itself, happened in this case. So happy for all of them!

~I tell ya, cats are so much smarter than people think they are. I have flat out given a cat options when they were driving me crazy, racing about and being noisy, and have had them choose one of the two things I asked them to mind...Like small children, talk to them like people and they will listen. sometimes... XD

~I certainly love my boys, we do not have human kids, but, those cats are really like kids to us. It is sometimes like having a wee furry toddler around...but such is the price of small feline companions. XD

~awwwwwwwwww The big black cat we have is my housemate's cat...Aries, The hosuemate is on here, Her name is Winfred. The other kitty is a fluffy ginger tomcat, named Zeero. and oh he's a sweet baby, we rescued him when he was abandoned by the neighbors.
