I have never used Imgur before and didn’t know it would help here. I don’t know if they have code that tells staff about oversized pictures in forum signatures across the site. But have wondered if someone just likes causing issues. I am tired from issue, I would rather be in the lair and on subeta.

: Regarding oversized graphics in your forum signature and ID. I have been iced for violating that rule back in 2011. But in 2014, they revised the graphics violation rule, it is much more difficult to get iced now. You have to consistently disregard warnings, not just a rare casual infringement. The mods will simply remove the offending graphic and give you a "verbal warning".

All the same, I use Imgur to host all my graphics, and If I'm going to post a graphic to Subeta, I resize it and make a copy of the resized image to post to Subeta. I will also post large 'one-time' images inside 'spoiler tags'.
