put this code in your forum signature under your user dashboard [Sydney=Kiss]. If you do that and it still isn't working it may have to do with you being blocked. I would try opening a ticket, maybe?

So when you go to Friend Feed and update your status from there with the kiss code below, what happens? Does it just not update? Do you get any error?

Maybe you could try making a billboard ad with the kiss link? I'm seeing a lot of users doing that right now....

Thanks I learned from getting advice, and just not willing to give up until I figured it out. Thats how I learn most things from here. I have no clue how to do a billboard. I kind of prefer to just stay in the lair with bears. I tried that, and made sure not in stealth mode. It seems to take a few minutes to show up in friends online. YOUR SUGGESTION worked, I am so happy! That's all I wanted. I get this message if I try to go through the forum signature area in preferences/user options and then forums. "Oh No! You've been banned from adding a signature." I am glad you see it, too. Thankfully Riptide's suggestion worked.

I tried to add one of the old lair bear codes for my forum signature, there was a problem with the size. I was doing a ticket about sizing, in the middle or actually working on it. Suddenly, I got blocked from using forum signature. I was so annoyed, seriously. Not everyone understands about coding and sizing, they should have a system where staff contacts you before there is punishment. To just see, if its someone whose not good with coding, sizing and offer advice.

I am curious about Cajun cuisine and the language, I think because its not a language many think of to learn and I feel its reach in history. Plus the cuisine is not something many around the world know about, I want to learn from someone who cooks from scratch instead of a cookbook.

I know nothing about coding. Its a foreign language to me. But I agree that you should not be penalized for something that is not so serious. You should have been contacted by a staff member and offered help to fix the issue.

When I started playing subeta 12 years ago, coding was a foreign language to me. It still is, but at least I can do a few things now. Thanks especially since it wasnt intentional, and done out of not knowing and trying to learn.

I am smack dab in Cajun Country, sha! LOL...... I don't know a whole lot of cajun french. its kind of becoming a dead language. Its the "secret" language our grandparents spoke, and never wanted to teach us, because its how they spoke when the kids were around so we didn't know what they were saying.

I took french in elementary and high school (don't really remember much of that either)...... But it was traditional french.... like they speak in France.... Not what people around here speak. My grandparents did not understand much of any traditional french. And they were fluent in cajun french. I would have loved to learn though. In college I researched dead languages, and cajun french was actually on the list of languages that were in danger of becoming a "lost language". It is so sad.

Thats part of why I want to learn Cajun from native speaker, not on a laptop or listening to a CD. Unfortunately, many native american tribes are losing their language and culture, too. Partly, when they were put on reservations, they were forbidden to speak anything but english in school.

I was so nosy as a kid, I would have figured out what they were saying. My family speak english but to hear it sometimes would make you wonder. Normal sentences would have a different meaning to both my parents families. Someone else listening, wouldnt have a clue to the true meaning of the sentence. Plus sometimes we dont even have to finish a sentence, meaning is implied. My sons are city kids, but sound like country kids because of me.

It would be hard to understand a native cajun speaking english, much less cajun french. LMAO....... I was born and raised here and its even hard for me sometimes to understand what people say sometimes. There are a lot of people with very strong accents and sometimes the way they talk is hard to decipher. The thing I hate the most is going to other states is when people ask me to talk. I can't tell you how many places I have gone and people talk to me JUST to hear my accent. I honestly don't think that I have a very strong cajun accent, so I don't understand what the big deal is. Its funny, but sometimes it can be annoying.
