Now is my turn to ride this contest (sorry if my English is bad, I try my best).
The challenge is to make a HA that depicts the description! Show me your best eye lashes make up. One of the things I like the most is to make the avvies have expression on it's faces. Also, make sure the make up matches the outfit. You can use female or male base, it's up to you ;) You don't need to use the prize item. You don't need to own the items. Use as many wearables as you want.
