Sometimes users can help, but this definitely seems like a staff question.
I wouldn't worry about bothering them, though. Staff will answer tickets when they want to answer tickets, so it's not like you're taking them away from anything. You may have a bit longer of a wait time due to the holidays, but if after a week or two you still don't hear anything, you can always send a follow up. :)
the other half of this is that whatever art you have at that link (I did not look at it), it could be something that is not okay, and you have posted it. I think it would be wise of you to remove the link.
When it comes to questions regarding the rules or getting permission to do something, you definitely need to submit a ticket. Don't rely on the best guess of another site member; you want a solid yes/no from staff. Submitting a ticket isn't "bothering" us, and while you may experience an increased wait around holidays, it won't be more than a few days at the most. The first available Customer Service personnel will take your ticket and help you. :)
And when in doubt about whether content is inappropriate and could potentially result in a warning or other disciplinary offense, it is best not to post that content onsite until you've received an answer to your question. The moment you put it onsite, you become responsible for it, and if it is inappropriate for Subeta, you can get in trouble.
