What shop were you moving them from, and what shop did you select for them to go?
Just a note for the programmers, I have already reimbursed this user their missing Small Yellow Crystal Balls. The reason this occurred was because when merging the items, they were sent to a shop that was already at maximum capacity (2500 unique items).
The programmers have already been alerted to the issue, but has this problem been resolved for you?
