Welcome to a new loyalty reward program! Since things are vastly different now, it is challenging to maintain the previous first-batch reward program and loyalty rewards that I had offered.

Moving forward, we will have an entirely new loyalty reward program. Many of you who were members of the Meditation VIP loyalty program or my first-batch reward program have had some points transferred over to my new program.

HOW IT WORKS

When I release new items in the future, they will be locked for one week and require an invitation. My forum ping group will receive a notification that invitations are available. Any item purchased with an invitation will receive one reward point.

WHAT ABOUT MY OLD POINTS?

That's a good question, and one that I have spent a lot of time thinking about. I wanted to try to be as fair as possible across the board.

For anyone who received reward points through my first-batch reward program, your points are in tact.

For members of my loyalty VIP program, I took up to ten of your most recent points. Now, here's where things get a little tricky. Some of your most recent points are also first-batch reward points. Those only count once. So you may have five first-batch reward points and five loyalty VIP points, totaling ten points. I thought this was the most fair way to do it because VIP group members had additional perks and rewards available to them at different points in time.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT POINTS - NEW (12/31/20)

It dawned on me during the early morning hours of the end of this year that everyone who slotted on an item or purchased a batch extra was secretly a part of my loyalty program. You just didn't realize it because there wasn't a reward and you weren't officially made a member until you reached five points. I spent some time this morning going through all of my old records and updating everything that I had official knowledge of. The points spreadsheet is now much more extensive and lists a great deal more people. Thank you all for your loyalty and purchases over the years!

Q: What if I have bought something recently or want to buy one of your new items?

A: If you want to purchase a new item, just let me know! I'll send you an invite and you'll get a reward point! Some of you have recent new purchases that have counted. If you're not sure, just ask! Please note: Anything currently in the "Sale" category does not count.

I've been doing a little thinking about my rewards system and I think that the point values are a little too high. Starting today, all of the point values will be lowered to what I think is a more reasonable level.

- You are the only person who has redeemed reward points so far. Since you previously redeemed 10 reward points but that category is now 6 reward points, I am returning 4 reward points to you so that it is fair to you.
