Welcome to the Meditation Reflection Pool! I am so happy that you are here!

Let me take a moment to introduce myself to those of you who are new or give a refresher to some old friends.

My username on Subeta is "mayla" and I would prefer to be called by my username or May in conversations. I do prefer my online anonymity, so if you do know my real name, please only use it in private conversations. I prefer the pronouns she/her. When I'm not on Subeta, you can find me coloring on my iPad, playing with my daughter, watching something SciFi with my husband, or making music. I also enjoy reading, but it always seems to take a back burner. I am a supporter of equal rights for all, and I am continuing my own education (or re-education) on many current issues.

I first joined Subeta in 2007, coming over from Neopets. I was also a moderator over at the Pink Poogle Toy forums back in the day. As is the case with many of us, we fell out of love with Neopets and migrated here. Subeta has been a large part of my life for the past 13+ years, introducing me to all different types of people. I also still love helping others, which is why you may have seen my help boards during site events or editing some items over at SubetaLodge.

CWs starting gaining my attention back in 2017, and I commissioned my first item to celebrate my 10th anniversary of joining Subeta. was the artist who had the honor of creating my first item!

With the new CW system, my interest in Subeta has been reinvigorated. I am so excited to bring you more recolors, events, new items, and contests!
