I'm still having the issue of getting a blank page on the follower page. I just tried to send out a message and as soon as I tried to write any code (this time the user version as I was gonna say that I had an item in stock in celebration of 's birthday) I got the blank white page again. The page isn't lagging like it was yesterday but I still have the same issue. I cleared the cache and tried again and got the same result. I see other users sending out messages without issue so I really don't understand why it's not working for me...

[Edit] Oh, and in case it's helpful in any way I'm using the latest version of Chrome (87.0.4280.88) and a fully updated Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

I did hard refreshes both before and after clearing the cache

I only need to try and type the item or user code, as in I do the "[ ]", the word "item" or "user" and the "=". Then as soon as I type the first letter of an item name or username the page goes blank. I'll keep trying it every day, I guess. In case it's something on my end that somehow didn't clear with either the hard refreshes or the cache clearing shrugs As I start my pc every morning it might just go away by itself.

Using latest version of Google Chrome on Windows 10

Cache has been cleared. Refreshing restores the page but I still encounter blank pages while scrolling through the item directory.

[edit] Also a separate issue here. Blank page occurs when I do the following:

Paste code like this into any of the edit category textboxes in my shop Then when I attempt to backspace the item name within the code (or any code that is already saved in the textboxes OR just written but changes not yet saved), a blank page occurs. I can backspace the 'item=' part of the code, but as soon as I touch the item name itself it gives me a blank page. Hard refresh did not fix this and my cache has been cleared.

So I tried it on my boyfriend's laptop and it worked. He has a Lenovo yoga 2 also running windows 10 and I used google chrome. It still does that broken image thing for a moment but it did submit.

Still does not work with my computer though.

I'm happy to report that I managed to send out a shop alert just now to my followers. I did get a blank page at one point when I pressed the backspace button, but after avoiding that on my second attempt I finally managed to send an alert out :)

Small feedback:

When submitting an item with 2 separate overlays, it would be nice to have some sort of confirmation or acknowledgement that the first upload worked? What I mean is, the very first time I tried this, I clicked to upload my F base overlay and the box to choose from my computer disappeared and... nothing happened on the page. I tried again and wondered if it worked or not, and then I think I tried a third time too. Then I tried to upload the M base and suddenly both previews appeared.

I hope that makes sense. If it's not able to show a preview of what you clicked at that stage, I think it should at least show the file name you selected so you know that the site took the upload.

Another small feedback:

In the "select your category" stage, can there be a line of text there saying that there are sub-categories once you click on one or something? As a newbie going into the process I had no idea that there were more options after you clicked one and spent a while trying to decide where my CW would go in the first set of options.

firstly, thank you so much for finding & fixing the sold-numbers issue!! and extra thank you for explaining how it was functioning behind the scenes; i don't know much at all about coding, but i find it really fascinating! so that was a v friendly bonus

ANYWAY THO i did some testing because i get the blank page issue A LOT 1) i double-checked i was on the dev version of the website; i also closed it and re-opened it at one point, too, and checked to make sure i was on the dev version whenever i went to a new page or clicked a link 2) Tested for ~30-40 min 3) What I Got Up To i'm using fully updated chrome, windows 10 desktop! running a lot of extensions, can list if need be

edited & filled in the info on my new releases (since mid-december) in the notes - searched 'Varsna' in releaser section of the filter to get there, i had the "show full information for each custom wearable" checked. no issues! went to page 14 to edit some user= code into an item to test it. sadly, did not work. managed invites in my shop, warehoused some items. no issues! tested some scode in my main shop section (here it is in code), all of it worked but each term in [username=] format put itself on a new line. (i also realized while typing this that the pet= code was wrong, and fixed it - it works perfectly and is on the same line as the raw beef item)

i started browsing releaser & artist filters at this point. filtered by a user as releaser, ticked 'show full information for each custom wearable', and scrolled down as fast as i could. got a blank white page almost immediately at around the last third of the page - i run into them the most this way, by scrolling REALLY fast up or down the page-- such as if i'm trying to pinpoint where an item is among many pages, or if the page loads in the middle. i refreshed & re-ticked the show full info box, then slowly browsed the same user's releases for 3 pages without issue. spent a few minutes scrolling & paging thru the main page/filterless official directory without any issues. looked up another user via the releaser filter, and got a blank white page while scrolling slowly down/browsing the items. had 'show full info' ticked. refreshed & browsed for all 3 pages with 'show full info' now unticked, but clicking on a few items to see the notes individually. after i read the notes, i would re-click and close them before i continued scrolling. i got two more blank white pages in fairly quick succession (refreshing after each) while scrolling down the same page & page 2. i tried another user via the releaser filter, doing the above method of checking notes individually, closing them, and browsing slowly. i got to page 3 of this user's releases before receiving a blank white page about a quarter of the way down, and having to refresh to get rid of it. flipped around between pages after in the same way but at a normal pace/browsing normally, wishlisting shoes without any issues. no blank white pages.

closed tab & re-opened dev.new.subeta from ur post filtered by artist, and started browsing items they had drawn at a normal/slowish pace. 'show all info' unchecked. i clicked on specific items to reveal the notes, but specifically did not bother closing them after i was done reading. got to page 6 before experiencing a blank white page about halfway down. refreshed to get rid of the blank whiteness paginess, and continued to browse through items again in the same manner, though this time without any issues cropping up. this is where i finished up & came back to the thread.

hopefully that helps!! i tried to consider as much as i could while using the note-viewing feature since that's definitely when i get the most instances of the blank page, especially with 'show all' checked off. the first instance i mention here where i'm browsing pretty fast is the most reliable and frequent way that i get em- then i slow down a bit and get 1-4 pretty quickly afterwards so i'm glad i could replicate it

I was browsing the directory to see the recent approvals and updating some of my items with releaser notes from pages 1 to 9. On this particular page, I was just opening the releaser notes and scrolling down.
