tree backdrop (not fixed) and decoration issues (fixed?)

Hey all, let's please try to stick to one issue per topic. There's a lot of good reasons we have that guideline; please try to follow it.

As mentioned on the tree decorating page:

If you are experiencing problems with your tree or ornaments not showing up, please clear your browser cache and try again, as we found this to solve the issue in most cases.

Please file a ticket for reimbursement for the sP you lost since the backdrop was not unlocked, and try unlocking it again. If it continues to not work, please make a new topic for that issue alone and I'll help you troubleshoot further there :) Thank you!
