Hi! I hope this is the right thread. I'm a returning user. I can't get the base page to load, so my avatar doesn't have a nose/mouth/eyes. I hadn't done much with my avatar so I'm not sure what could have caused it to break. Thank you!

Thank you! I can see the base tab now, but I can't see them on my avatar, and I don't think the options are saving. Thank you for all your help!
When you look at the list, are your eyes, nose and mouth underneath your base? If you drag them above, that should fix it!

Hello there! Returning user whose avatar appears to be permanently invisible :P Clothing and backdrops and everything seem to work fine; just can't see my avatar/skins.
