When I make an HA I'm never happy so I usually come back the next day and make changes. :-P I take HA making very seriously and as and I have both mentioned, we always have a mental back story. :-)

It's tough! Another trick, that's not very healthy, put plenty of salt on the veggies. I make most of ours from scratch in my air fryer oven. Lots of salt and a little pepper and both Liz and hubs will eat them. :-D Cauliflower is actually our fav - and I hated cauliflower so bad as a child!! :-D
