Wow, that sounds like a lot of cooking! I would be tired, too! Ice cream sandwiches out of pizelles? Sounds interesting. I worked 3 days after Christmas...it was busy, but apparently not /as/ busy as it's been in the past. I work tonight, too, but only for 4 hours. I'm supposed to be a 'runner', returning items people have returned after quarantine to the sales floor...but it's all going to be done by the time I get there. So I dunno what I'm going to do. xP I hope you've been having a good week!

Yeah, my mom is pretty much a Kindle expert, haha. She even makes collections and what not for books. ^^ I'm glad your weekend was relaxing and your week has been well so far! Yeah, I pretty much did nothing the past 2 days. ^-^ It was nice...if a little sad, haha. Ooh, Christmas lights! I used to love going out and seeing them when I was a kid. The neighborhoods that go all out are the best! And yeah, 2 years is quite young, haha. I'm sure he had a wonderful time! Hope your week has been good. c:

I hope you can stay busy at work tonight so it goes by fast! I buy the pizelles at TJ Max, Marshalls or Big Lots and then buy a pint of low carb ice cream, let it soften a little and spread it between 2 pizelles and then put in a fold-top baggie and throw in the freezer. Each pint makes 9-11 sandwiches. It tastes like an ice cream cone but is a lot more handy! :-P Weird huh? ;-) :-D

Happy New Years Eve! Last day of the year and I'm still surprised it got here lol. I feel the year went by slow, but somehow fast at the same time. My parents left yesterday and today we haven't done much. I did go to Target and use the gift card I got and bought an electric coffee grinder. My sister in law got us some coffee, but in beans instead of already ground up. I can't wait to use it :D

well I wish they could find out what's wrong with my hip. I've had two steroid shots and that didn't help. xray showed nothing. so maybe this will. I can't have an mri because I have stents in my heart. so if this doesn't show anything, then I just keep the pain I guess.

I really hope it does what's wrong DX I don't want you to have to suffer with pain the rest of your life :(

All I did yesterday was fold...it was so boring. ;; Not looking forward to tomorrow...when I'll probably be folding for an even /longer/ shift. Ugh. It's my last shift tomorrow, though. Folding for a whole shift does not sound fun!! I love your HA!! I meant to tell you and kept forgetting. I fell asleep about 10 and then about 11:30 people went crazy setting off fireworks and I was awake until 1pm. Ugh! My big dog normally sleeps in the hallway and he was crying so loud I finally had to get up and let him in with me. And he had gas. :-D I'm sorry you're cold! I normally am old too but for some odd reason I haven't been very cold this winter.

Happy New Year and yes here is to a somewhat better year :) I used the grinder this morning and the coffee was pretty good. My sister in law got the natural candy cane flavor aka peppermint and it was definitely minty, but in a good way. We haven't done too much today and now it's almost bedtime for a little one. He isn't staying up till 1am this time.

It started in September when pain would shoot through my hip and down my right leg. that's how I ended up getting the two steroid shots. no more pain in leg but hip still shoots pain when I do certain things (hard to explain).


only about an inch and it melted by the end of the day. lol. we don't get alot of snow here either. however, I was raised up close to Gary, Indiana and the snow was always up to your knees. I kind of miss those days
