i do cut out the veggies as i don't have a steamer and no one really eats them.. its all about the turkey and stuffing xD i do miss being with all the family for Christmas though, its so loud and warm on that day.

You need to invest in an Instant Pot! I use that for veggies.

Haha, darn those vault items. xP I'm glad to be done, usually I wait until the absolute last moment, haha. I've only sung Soprano in choir in school, Soprano I when there were 2 sopranos. ^^ I can hit low notes, too, though...I'm not quite sure what my range is though to be honest, though, haha. I haven't been in choir in about 10 years,. I moved to new school, and the choir was quite different from what I was used to...having music theory and all that crap. I just wanted to sing, haha! My family has never really gone to church, and still don't, so I've never sung in a church choir. Ooh, European history is so interesting! I especially like the Tudors/Elizabethean England and WWII (learning about it that is). I'm just so over American history. xP

Aww, poems about pets sounds cute! I've had...darker poems...about some dark times in my life. I haven't written in awhile...I think my last poem was a Christmas gift for my mom last year, haha. Yes, I love ginger! And sugar cookies are so yummy. I'm sorry you've become gluten sensitive...it's weird that came later in life. There are flour substitutes, though, right? We don't make that much sweet stuff because my dad has to watch his sugar. Ooh, that chowder sounds yummy. There isn't too much cooking at my house, haha.

For me dark times are uninspiring but I love seeing others dark creativities. I might have always been gluten sensitive, which is not as obvious as a gluten allergy, but only in the last few years has it become intolerable due to osteoarthritis. even though my mom always cooked a lot I didn't cook much when I was younger. :-D I Googled Saint Lucia and all that came up was sand and blue skies. :-)
