Doing well! Except, my little dog has been marking all around my bakers rack and I just noticed it today so I had to take out the bottom glass shelf and clean it - and have been grumpy every since. LOL!! How's your day going?

Hey, guys! Hope you are all well. Yesterday I went shopping for a headset, because I really need one for gaming and work. I found the Kraken BT Kitty Edition Razer headset at Game Stop yesterday and it is so cute. It is pink with kitty ears. :D

What is everyone up to today? I have to clean my room. lol

I start my new job tomorrow and I am super excited. (I am no longer doing hair) I got a full time job with benefits and a great pay with a chance to grow. Much better than being promised I was going to get to do hair and not getting to do it. XD

Whatcha cookin'? I made soup yesterday with peas, asparagus, zucchini and potato and it's pretty good! Going to do some food prep today, veggies, hard boiled eggs and shrimp for my daughter's ramon. Another great HA!! I see the lil bun!! Yesterday I was thinking a lot about cake!! :-D

We're doing okay. Weather's chilly but sunny. My day is good! I talked to my best friend for a few minutes, and that was good.

Chilly but sunny is the best!! I used to love hot weather but I've gotten to where 60 is hot enough for me. It's always nice to talk to our best friends!!

, I’m disappointed in myself. I just haven’t felt in the mood to cook. Now. After saying that... (Heheheee) I took some leftover pancetta I had, fried it up, some capers, anchovies paste, tomato paste, about 1/2 cup decent cheap Chianti (or maybe a little more, plus a swallow or 2 for myself) a can of fire roasted tomatoes, can of sauce, garlic and a left over hot Italian sausage, cooked it all up into a really yummy sauce put it with some tagelette noodles And spaghetti :)

Hahahaaa for not feeling like cooking, I sure did put a lot of stuff together. But I used cans or tubes of stuff that was in my fridge. And it only took me about 20 min to put it all together. I let it simmer for about an hour before I made the noodles.

I’m hoping that today, I have the energy to make me come curry vegetables. It’s using frozen veggies

I hadn't felt like cooking much lately either - until this weekend. I cooked quite a bit. Soup, veggies, chicken, etc. :-D Your dish sounds yummy! And curry veggies, really yum!

I didn’t fix that either. =) I decided, since I still had some of that sauce left (and Tuscan bread that was the bake at home kind) that I would eat more of that, only I fried up the last of the pancetta, and added in a bag of frozen roasted veggies (from green giant) OMG!! It was even better!!!! I LOVED all the veggies in it!

I have enough for one more bowl, which I’ll probably eat up tomorrow

Oops. I forgot. Hubby brought home shrimp also. I better fix that before it’s to late. So I may have shrimp Lo Mein tomorrow.
