I'm partial to the Jurassic Kazakh pterosaur, Sordes pilosus.
I love any and all sauropods equally with all my heart

Parasaurolophus for sure! Also triceratops and ankylosaurus.
Sinosauropteryx
From dinosaurs it's velociraptor and allosaurus. Beside them a fav is Archaeopteryx (technically it's more a bird than dinosaur, though it's not ancestor of recent birds). And from pleistocene it'is giant deer (Megaloceros giganteus)

I love Spinosaruses! But also Opabinia and Anamalocaris as well as Marrella!
my favorite dinosaur is the stegosaurus because of the cool plates and spiked tail. I always liked playing with the toys of it as a kid.
My favourite type of dinosaur would be the diplodocidae family, due to watching The Land Before Time as a kid.
The triceratops has oddly always been my favorite.
Quetzalcoatlus all the way, man, those things are rad. I've daydreamed about riding one around like a Skybax

The Parasaurolophus brings a huge smile to my face just thinking about it! I even have a cute key chain of one holding a pineapple.
If I may ramble for a moment, if there's one dinosaur that I absolutely CANNOT stand it'd have to be the Plesiosaurus (preferably any aquatic dinosaur at that). I can't for the life of me figure out why aquatic dinosaurs scare the heck outta me for some reason. Their flippers are probably to blame as well as how they're usually depicted lurking in deep dark water menacingly.
Weird, because the Pokemon Lapras strongly resembles a Plesiosaur and it's one of my favorite ice/water types.
Testing...testing.... Is this thing on??
Parasaur's are my favorite too ! I blame ducky from the Land Before Time. Plus it was the first dino I ever tamed in Ark. They hold a special place in my heart.
I love that Lapras is one of your favorites despite your dislike for aquatics. Mario 64 had a nessie in one level and I always loved her. I'd spend an extra 10 minutes hanging out on her head. Then I saw Ark's version, which is probably more realistic and I quite understand your dislike.

- Same here!! Ducky was spectacular in The Land Before Time. Who could ever forget her trademark catchphrase, yep yep YEP. Even though the continuing movie franchise was overproduced, if Ducky ever made an appearance it'd still be worth a watch lol.
After a quick google search of Mario 64's rendition of Nessie, their flippers still made me shudder a bit. Although they do look rather friendly and adorable on the surface, my heart can't help but skip a beat or two.
It's sad to say, that's why I tend to stay away from any Dinosaur related games. Especially anything resembling realistic portrayals of them. Ark still sounds incredible, regardless! :D
Testing...testing.... Is this thing on??
Always been a sucker for dromaeosauridae. Velociraptors, my beloveds. Fluffy, long-tailed lil' angry birbs. <3 And of course, others from the drom fam (Utahraptor, Microraptor, Deinonychus, Austroraptor, etc) Also a fan of Therizinosaurus! As for Pterosaurs, Quetzalcoatlus is certainly the impressive big boi of the sky, but I've always been partial to the Tapejara with that crest of theirs!
Hmm...Pleistocene creatures? Let's see...idk, I've always been really into learning about different human species that existed during the time.

I love pachycephalosaurs! They come off as the big reptilian version of goats with their headbutting.
I love the stegosaur since I was a baby and I'll protect their historical existence from haters every chance I get!! Because I see a lot of people hating that dinosaur in particular every time.
Could be worse - fancy running into a basilisk? 😂 (But ugh yes why did they have to make the Titanoboas so fast!)
As for the question in this thread, I'd have to go with Thylacoleo because Ark Can't go wrong with T-Rex though. Pachycephalosaurus (had to Google that) are also very cute.
