I have never been given any kind of update 😭 you are, however, the first older account I've heard of not having access which really puts a bit ol plot twist in all the theories I've been working out so far haha 🤣

I actually was investigating this pretty hardcore but there doesn't seem to be much point rn because if we determine the heart of the issue it can't be a priority to staff right now so it's unlikely to be fixed any time soon regardless 😔😔

Pleasee I need an update as I've been patiently waiting to be able to play this game and collect the tiles 😢 haha. But for real. I've kept an eye on it for about 2 years at least and nothing's changed, yet my account is 8 years old. Pls @ staff it is a priority to Me. And us. I'm actually so happy I got a reply + a ping, at least I know someone else cares ^^; so we're in it together.

It really does bother me that I can't play though I feel LEFT OUT. It's like what the blue building was to me when I was new hahahaha

I made it my personal mission a few months ago to get to the bottom of what the issue was 😭😭 I didn't finish all the investigating that I wanted to do though, tbh, because I came across the staff post saying that games were low on their priority scale and it left me feeling pretty discouraged about it c': I suspect that even if we worked it all out for them it wouldn't make any difference at this point which is why I kinda gave up on it for the time being 😔

noooO ; w ; how could they say games are lowest priority.... I feel subeta tiles needs to be higher on any priority list cuz of how many people have come and said it doesn't even load/trigger for them for so so many years too.... like that's a pretty serious problem? tbh i would rank it as a higher priority then any little bug that has come up and only been an issue for like a day. and im not the top expert but i feel like it must be one small coding mishap thats just like a blocking wall that is preventing users who haven't played yet for the first time access it. but also the fact that its not just a /game/ and that it's actually technically part of collections, as you can collect tiles from the game and thats honestly why i even care, LOL. so i think it should be grouped in same priority as if someone was having issues with plushie collections/adding plushies to collections. etc. THATS JUST ME THO. im ready to make a petition tho srsly please. im so politely asking 😭

I remember playing subeta tiles so very long ago.

This account is 10 years old, just came back last month or 2. Can't play it.

I've tried on Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, IE.

If there is someone that can actually play subeta tiles put a link to the game that has been 'started' that would be appreciative. Just wanna see if it that will trigger something and give the ability to play it.

hey friends 😔 unfortunately this is a known and super common issue that - while historically fixable - is not currently on staff's priority list and will probably not be for quite some time.

As far as we know there is no way to fix it other than a staff member doing something in the back end, no links or shortcuts have ever done the trick. It seems to be account based (possibly a flag messing up???), but at this point that is just speculation 😔

I read through everything. I didn't see anyone post about an already started game versus just the link to the game/thread. I had partially wondered if the coding would come through to other accounts. (didn't think it would hurt to try anyway.)

I'd honestly pay to get it fixed lol. I miss that game so much, i know I went crazy with it.

I had tried that link myself many times before mine got fixed but you're right that I never actually said as much aha - sorry there's no solution right now 😭 😭 it mega sucks, wish there was something that could be done ;; the part that baffles me most is how it's an exclusive way to gain collectible items, which to me should prioritize it more?? but that doesn't seem to be the case for whatever reason

The game does the same thing for me, and none of the links anyone has posted has solved the issue. I'm using the latest version of Firefox. Though I am a software engineer, without trying to do illegal hacky stuff there's not much investigating we can really do so I wouldn't advise it.

I don't understand this. I play Tiles every 2 hours & have not had a problem. Are you on new Subeta? I'm not and it works fine for me.

Edit: I just played another game and no problem. Strange that it's working for some people but not others.

Not a big deal, but I'm having this problem as well. I was wondering why all the tiles were crazy expensive, now I know why.

I am once again asking BEGGING staff to fix subeta tiles, I've never been able to play either, what's the magic fix?
