yeah my browser froze for a few minutes just after i deleted a training alert, and i thought i just hadn't clicked properly so i clicked to delete again, but my forum group pings happened to be just below my training one, and when my page unfroze it had deleted as well >< apparently my screen still registered the clicks even though it had borked :/

ohmygosh yay congrats! i've gotten nothing but i keep forgetting to check there. but i've had a really productive weekend! i've been working on making a new letterbox because our current one is falling to pieces and letting rain in. i got most of the cladding pieces cut and i'm ready to start attaching it all to the frame! it's going to be so epic (i hope!)

i just got a morty card woot! i think i just benefitted from your luck :D heck yeah i'll totally show this beast off, i've been ignoring it's half-finished formworking on it for over a year now, so it'll be soooo good just to get it done! i still haven't figured what i'll do for a door on the back, but for now i'll just keep it open at the back i think.

i've been very slack on my quests lately, so morties have been even more rare for me ;n; i. can. not. wait. for this stupidly complicated thing to be done! so yeah it'll be SO good! my cat wasn't happy that i was outside without him, he was meowing pitifully to me from his perch inside the door, it was too cute XD he loves being outside but he also gets picked on by the neighbour's cat, and he's had enough visits to the vet for various reasons already so he's an indoor kitty now. but he's not used to the idea yet. the next project after the letterbox is a kitty enclosure!

It’s fall weather here as well. I have lost 4 stone since April and I just really feel the cold now xx

For the roast potatoes I just use olive oil on mine and some garlic and rosemary for flavouring, the key is to ruffle them (gently knock them about) after par boiling them. If you add a sprinkling of flour it also helps to crisp them up too xx

I'm doing a bit better, still drained from yesterday. The potatoes sounds really good, how much flour do you put in it and what does it look like after it?

Roast dinners are like a traditional meal for every Sunday in the UK so we get lots of practice. Also the restaurant where I work has a carvery so I picked up some tips from that xx

I need to do my meal plan for the week ready for food shopping tomorrow but I end up making the same things over and over. Trying out pasta with salmon, peas and a creme fraiche sauce tomorrow though so hopefully that will go well and I can add a new meal into the mix

We should totally share recipes, you probably do lots of meals in the USA that we don’t here and vice versa x
