My parents don't celebrate holidays for religious reasons. My husband doesn't care really because his parents don't really do anything special for them just thanksgiving and Christmas and Easter but no tree or anything fancy like decorations. Just family get togethers.

Weird you should say that, I put a show on to watch and fell asleep almost immediately. I am awake now as my husband rang me to come and pick him up from work. Feeling super tired but I haven’t even started questing for today yet.

It comes from a long time ago when Guy Fawkes try to blow up the Houses of Parliament, he got caught and they used to make a scarecrow that looked like him and put it on top of the bonfire and then light it. That part of the tradition seems to have fizzled away now though

I started coughing again yesterday so I'm going to try to get tested x.x apparently one of the people who came over 3ish weeks ago her babysitter was positive for covid so I'm not even sure if she had it or not. She said she's fine but you never know.
